June 07, 2002 | Written By Mandy Welch '04
Even during summer, APU students, faculty, and staff have an option of where to eat.
The cafeteria is open every day Monday-Friday from 11:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Heritage Cafe, which is open Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. offers a variety of options, including sandwiches, burgers, and salads. It is located next to the bookstore on West Campus.
Cornerstone Coffeehouse, adjacent to the Marshburn Memorial library, is another area of food service that is also open during the summer. It has muffins, bagels, coffees, and teas, among other things. It is open from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
