Mail and Print Services

Azusa Pacific University’s on-campus Mail and Print Services provides students, faculty, and staff with complete mailing, shipping, and printing solutions through USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Mail Services

East Campus Services

  • Student package pickup
  • Student mail unit units to receive mail

  • Ships USPS and FedEx (domestic only)

  • Sells stamps and shipping supplies

  • Accepts outgoing intercampus mail

  • Accepts prepaid packages and letters

All outgoing mail must be at Mail Services by 2 p.m., Monday - Friday, for same-day processing. All mail and packages must have a return address. Prepaid USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages are accepted on both east and west campuses.

Only students who reside in APU housing are eligible for a student unit number. Click on the link below to request a unit number. Once the form is complete you will receive an email with your assigned unit number to be used on all incoming mail and packages.

When a student has received mail or packages they will get an email from APU Mail Services informing them of the locker color and number. The student will use the QR code in the email at the designated kiosk to open locker. Items that are left in a locker for more than 72 hours will be returned to the sender. Students have access to the lockers 24/7. If your mail or package does not arrive with the accurate information there will be a delay in processing or possible return to the sender.

It is the responsibility of all students to leave a forwarding address with the Mail Services staff before leaving campus for summer break. If no forwarding address is provided, all mail will be returned to the sender and the unit number will be closed. Packages are not eligible for USPS forwarding services. There is no forwarding available during Christmas or Easter break.

Student Mailing Address

Your mail unit number must appear on all incoming mail and packages. Mail without your unit box number may be delayed. See below for examples of how mail should be addressed to you based on the mail service carrier delivering it.
