Magnolia CourtDiscover the power of shared experiences through group counseling and workshops at the UCC. Led by skilled therapists, these dynamic groups tackle common student challenges, offering a unique space to:
- Feel validated and understood
- Gain self-awareness
- Learn and grow together
- Develop practical tools
- Find courage
Research shows that group counseling is as effective as individual therapy, and sometimes more effective for common student concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Many students find that they feel supported and validated in their experience as they see that other individuals have struggled in similar ways—it is encouraging for them to know that they are not alone! Ready to connect, learn, and transform?
