Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment
Advancing the Academic Mission
Helping Faculty Thrive
The center consists of professional faculty and staff skilled in the areas of faculty development, faculty evaluation, faith integration, God-honoring diversity, student learning assessment, survey design, and institutional research. We strive to provide resource support to faculty so that they may reach their full potential in their professional roles. CTLA professionals also serve the university at large through survey administration and the provision of institutional reports to facilitate data-driven decision making and achievement of the academic vision.
Many Offices, One Purpose
The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment is composed of several offices committed to helping faculty fulfill the academic vision of the university. These include:
Office of Faculty Evaluation
The Office of Faculty Evaluation exists to support faculty through the course evaluation process (IDEA), the faculty evaluation system (FES), and the logistics associated with entering data into ActivityInsight. Staffed with competent and friendly professionals, the Office of Faculty Evaluation stands ready to assist with these important processes.

Office of Faith Integration
The Office of Faith Integration exists to facilitate the dialogue between academics, the knowledge of their discipline and/or profession, and the Christian faith by resourcing our faculty in their efforts to bring faith to life in their research, their teaching, and their scholarship.
