Emily Kemp, MSW

Emily Kemp, MSW, is the regional site program director in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Azusa Pacific University. Kemp’s social work experience includes nonprofit program development, quality assurance and outreach, case management, fund development, and program management. As a nonprofit consultant, she translates big-picture strategies into action, has led story-based marketing strategy and cross-functional coordination, and analyzed data to identify program gaps, driving meaningful improvements in organizational readiness. As a program manager, she created, implemented, and oversaw high-quality delivery of a community-based maternal mental health program modality for pregnant and parenting mothers. Kemp is a graduate of APU’s MSW program with a specialization in community leadership and program administration. She is committed to equipping and empowering a generation of social work professionals who provide excellent, culturally competent holistic care and restoration to the individuals, families, and communities they serve.
