Elena Le, MS, CCLS became a certified child life specialist in 2015 and has served in leading pediatric healthcare settings, including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Orthopaedic Institute for Children, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

She has provided comprehensive support to children from infancy through adolescence by implementing medical play, procedural preparation, therapeutic interventions, and grief and bereavement services to mitigate the challenges associated with hospitalization.

In addition to her clinical work, she has supervised child life students and interns, fostering their professional growth through mentorship and hands-on learning. By blending academic rigor with practical application, she equips future child life professionals to deliver care that is empathetic, developmentally responsive, and firmly rooted in evidence-based best practices.
