Fred G. Garlett, EdD

Fred Garlett, EdD, developed and launched the first adult degree-completion program for APU’s School of Business and Management in 1992, and under his direction the number of offerings has grown. Garlett also supervises the delivery of programs to several of APU’s regional centers, as well as the development of several online courses. Garlett serves on the Academic Cabinet, and from 1984–90 was part of a faculty start-up team delivering the first adult degree-completion program in Kansas. He also taught master’s degree programs in Chile, Austria, Switzerland, Ghana, and Kenya.
