Joy Bustrum, PsyD
Professor, Department of Marriage and Family Therapy
Each summer, Joy M. Bustrum, PsyD, coleads a group of students to Kenya, East Africa, where she supervises them as they gain clinical hours working with HIV/AIDS orphans and adults in one of Africa’s largest slums. Bustrum maintains a private practice for adults in Pasadena, and her research interests address the intersection of relational psychoanalysis and multicultural theory and practice.
