Kelly Aguirre is a licensed marriage and family therapist. During her training and clinical internship, she worked with a diverse population of adults, children, couples, and families struggling with various presenting concerns with a focus on helping individuals and families get “unstuck” and seek a life that reflects both self-congruency and fulfillment.
She is passionate about the education and training of the next generation of therapists and serves as the director of clinical training to support students who are journeying through their practicum experience while in the MFT program. Kelly has a private practice in Pasadena, California, where she supports individuals, couples, and families through various seasons of life. She has a clinical focus in Maternal Mental Health including pregnancy, miscarriage, infertility, peri-natal / post-partum depression and anxiety, and the delicate balance between motherhood and individuality.
She also has a clinical interest in supporting those who struggle with body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania. In her private practice, Kelly provides clinical supervision to Marriage and Family Associates, who have graduated with their Master’s degree and are working toward their licensure hours.
