Kelly Ann Havlin, MA, LMFT, is an alum of the APU program, and has a clinical practice at Greenhouse Therapy Center in Pasadena. Her primary clinical focus is helping individuals impacted by trauma and complex bereavement; her passion for this population was ignited in childhood and heavily modeled during her four trips to Kenya with APU serving individuals and families impacted by intergenerational trauma. Havlin is also the training director of the DIR Floortime program at Greenhouse Therapy Center, overseeing the training of specialists working with individuals on the autism spectrum. In addition to her practice, she works with Didi Hirsch’s Survivors After Suicide program, leading groups of survivors in their healing process and doing community outreach. Havlin is also a wife, mother, daughter, and oldest of five children (which is likely where she learned the most about how to be a therapist). She considers it a great privilege to have the opportunity to walk the learning journey with the future difference makers of the program.
