Lauren Rowley is a Clinical Educator and Instructor at Azusa Pacific University within the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Project (GWEP), where she develops and delivers tailored educational programs, workshops, and clinical training to prepare students and healthcare professionals for the unique challenges of caring for older adults. With over 13 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning clinical trials, biotherapies, and oncology care, Lauren brings a deep commitment to clinical excellence, continuous education, and student mentorship.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, and is currently pursuing her MSN in Healthcare Administration and Nurse Leadership at APU. Beyond her academic role, she serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Evermore, guiding strategic initiatives to strengthen community support systems and healthcare policy for bereaved individuals nationwide. Lauren is passionate about bridging clinical insight with leadership to empower the next generation of nurse leaders and elevate patient outcomes.
