Marlon Ware, DBA, teaches students about business, management, and leadership as central functions in any organization. His expertise focuses on how organizations can move forward and thrive if they truly understand how to organize, plan, control, and lead in industries while maximizing the strength of their employees. Ware believes in continuous improvement as a vital process in organizations. He also emphasizes for students who are learning current business processes that global events and technology will continually change the way we do business. Ware is committed to helping students stay relevant and up-to-date in the latest business methods and to deliver the tools with which they can maximize their competitiveness.
