Stephanie Juillerat, PhD

Stephanie Juillerat, PhD, displays dual interests in psychology and higher education assessment. She has conducted research in the areas of forgiveness and student satisfaction, and has co-developed an evaluation system for the faculty at her current institution. Juillerat’s passion is teaching, and she is known for her ability to get students enthusiastic about the research process. Most recently, Juillerat has developed her gifts in leadership by chairing several major University Councils and leading the institution in the implementation and training surrounding the new faculty advancement system she helped develop. This demonstration of administrative skill has led her to her most recent calling of Associate Dean for BAS, where she supports the faculty in their professional growth, as well as in their individual advancement efforts. She also helps coordinate departmental outcomes assessment.
