Todd Pheifer, EdD
Assistant Dean and Associate Professor, School of Business and Management
Todd Pheifer, EdD, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of business ethics, organizational behavior, and leadership development. Pheifer has a diverse background in higher education, corporate leadership, and non-profit management. Prior to joining the School of Business and Management, he taught for the College Counseling and Student Development program. In a prior phase of his career, Pheifer served as a Residence Director for APU. In addition to a collection of journal articles, he is the author of Let’s Talk!: A Guide to Awkward Conversations and Unifying Dialogue in the Church and Business Ethics: The Search for an Elusive Idea. Dr. Pheifer has extensive experience in policy development, strategic planning, and grant writing.
