Attend Night at the Zu: Experience Student Life

Night at the Zu is Azusa Pacific University’s premier college preview event for prospective undergraduate students. This immersive experience allows you to see what APU’s community is like, get a sneak peek of the ZU in action at our Homecoming football game, and connect with future classmates.

Cougar Football: Pack the stands and cheer on the Cougars at their first home football game!
APU Community Fun: Join current students and our Homecoming community for a fun time with lawn games, inflatables, and sweet treats!

Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable Night at the Zu this Fall! Stay tuned as we reveal more activities—you won’t want to miss this!

Online registration is available through Wednesday, September 9, 2026, or until the event is fully booked. Register early to secure your spot.

Time	Event
1 p.m.	Check-In Kick off your Night at the ZU by checking in, grabbing your gear, and meeting other students who are exploring APU just like you.
1:30 p.m.	Welcome and Prayer You’ll hear encouragement, get inspired, and feel the energy of a community that’s excited to meet you and cheer you on.
1:35 p.m.	Admissions and Affordability Presentation Discover how APU makes college possible. Learn about scholarships, financial aid, and the admissions process.
1:45-2:30 p.m.	Academic Sessions Explore majors, meet professors, and get a feel for what learning at APU is like.
2:45-4 p.m.	Campus Tour Experience APU up close. Walk through our academic buildings, student spaces, and favorite campus spots while hearing stories about student life, traditions, and opportunities that make APU stand out.
4-6 p.m.	Night at the Zu Pre-game Fun! Jump into the excitement with games, music, student activities, and spirit‑building fun. This is your chance to connect with current students, make new friends, and feel the heartbeat of APU!
4-6 p.m.	Dinner Enjoy casual outdoor dinner alongside other prospective students and families before heading to Cougar Stadium.
6-9:30 p.m.	HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME Experience the roar of the crowd and the energy of Homecoming. This is APU at its loudest, boldest, and most unforgettable—your perfect ending to Night at the ZU!

What is Night at the Zu?

Night at the Zu is Azusa Pacific University’s premier preview event for prospective undergraduate students. It allows you attend classes, homecoming football game, connect with future classmates, and experience APU’s community firsthand.

Can parents or guardians attend Night at the Zu?

Yes. Parents are invited to attend with no cost. Waiver will be sent via confirmation email. Parents can also attend specific information sessions on Financial Aid and Admissions during the day.

Is there a cost to attend Night at the Zu?

Registration is generally free, but space is limited. You must register online at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot and complete the required waivers.
