At the Ascend conference on June 5th, 2026, we invite you to step away from the noise and strip away the mechanics of ministry. Our evening session is a space designed for intimate conversation—a collective moment to go beneath the surface and explore the ultimate "why" behind our worship. Grounded in Psalm 33:3, this unique night is less about the roles we play on a team and more about the posture of our hearts before God.

Through intentional teaching, shared vulnerability, and relational connection, we want to look past the platform, the audio, the video, and the logistics to rediscover the theological foundation of our praise. Our goal is simple: to dismantle the silos that divide us, strengthen the unity that binds us, and return to our churches deeply refreshed, grounded, and anchored in truth.

Who is this for?

Ascend is for adults 18 and up who serve or are interested in worship ministry, including worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, tech teams, and ministry volunteers. It is designed for those who want to grow in biblical understanding, practical skill, and unity in serving the local church.
