Wilden HallLeung School of Accounting
Azusa Pacific University founded the LP and Timothy Leung School of Accounting in 2012, thanks to an $8.6 million gift from LP and Bobbi Leung. Building on nearly 40 years of excellence in accounting education at APU, the Leung School of Accounting offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting designed to prepare students for careers in the accounting profession. The Leung Endowment has grown to more than $15 million, and with partners like Gabe De La Rosa and KPMG offering undergraduate and graduate scholarships to a diverse group of students, we continue to build our vision: “We will be a premier Christian accounting school, recognized as a thought leader on accounting character and competence to reflect the life of Christ and shine the light of Truth.”
The Bachelor of Science in Accounting program prepares students for accounting careers in public, private, and governmental accounting. The Master of Professional Accountancy program is designed for accounting graduates pursuing careers as Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). It meets the accounting ethics and 150-hour requirements for CPAs, capped by the nation’s most successful CPA exam review course. All programs are taught by professors with academic and professional experience, and blend real-world cases with classroom theory. Internship and career placement are high priorities with each program.
The Leung School of Accounting is housed within Azusa Pacific’s School of Business and Management, and APU is recognized as one of the nation’s best schools by U.S. News & World Report and The Princeton Review.
