You must have at least 15 units of transferable college credit, and if you’re a working professional, you can complete your bachelor’s degree while maintaining your current employment.

What Is a BBA Degree?
A Bachelor of Business Administration degree teaches you how to understand business challenges and make strategic decisions. Through courses in areas such as accounting, human resources, and operations, you build a broad foundation in the major functions that keep businesses and organizations moving forward.

What You Learn as a BBA Student
In person or online, Azusa Pacific’s Bachelor of Business Administration degree program builds your understanding of how organizations make decisions and adapt to change. Core coursework covers topics such as organizational leadership and entrepreneurship. From there, you can customize your studies by choosing from optional concentrations in accounting, human resource development, leading teams and people, marketing and digital media, or public administration.
As a BBA student, you

Requirements for the Bachelor of Business Administration
In addition to the general APU admissions requirements, you must have a minimum of 15 units of transferable credit, earned with a C- or better.
These units should be from regionally accredited colleges or universities, documented on official transcripts from each institution attended. We prefer units from the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) or the California State University General Education (GE) Breadth requirements.
You may transfer a maximum of 70 units from a community college. Mail your transcripts directly to APU.
We also require academic and collegiate-level English skills as this program is not recommended for students who lack proficiency in advanced English communication.

Scholarships and grants are considered gift aid, meaning they do not require repayment. These awards may come from federal, state, institutional, or private sources. Scholarships are often merit-based and awarded for academic achievement, leadership, or other demonstrated talents.
While APU does award scholarships, you can also find external scholarship opportunities through websites such as Finaid and Fastweb.

Student Employment
Along with gift aid and student loans, you can apply for on-campus student employment opportunities to earn additional income to pay for education-related expenses. As an APU student, you can also find work off campus in the surrounding community.
